A wine-growing experience, certified as a remarkable experience in the Gastronomy Valley
Walk and discover the legends, history, and landscape of the exceptional site of Solutré, with its mineral and plant life shaped by humans. Emmanuel Nonain (tour guide and winegrower in Chardonnay, Burgundy) invites you on a fun journey through geology, archaeology, and wine history. To top off your climb, a tasting session will introduce you to three appellations from the Mâconnais region: Mâcon-Villages, Saint-Véran, and Pouilly-Fuissé. The rest of the tasting awaits you on your return to Les Deux Roches, where you can enjoy a picnic prepared by Michelin-starred chef Sébastien Chambru (MOF – l’O des Vignes * – Fuissé). Deux Roches is a family-run wine estate located in Davayé, certified High Environmental Value. We produce Mâconnais wines opposite the Roches de Solutré and Vergisson (Grand Site Naturel de France).
